Vincent has been involved in the building/facility management industry for over 20 years. His assignments have included several trophy Class "A" High Rise commercial office buildings, the commissioning and opening of an MLB baseball ballpark, a TV production studio building, and a commercial aviation office and hangar facility. In addition, he has managed maintenance and repair operations for a medical building portfolio and a large bank. He has been involved in sustainable practices/LEED certification for office buildings and has won multiple BOMA TOBY awards within the building categories. He has served as a judge on the local and regional level. He is a past president of the local IFMA chapter, served on several committees for BOMA, IFMA, NFPA, and ISSA. He was part of the technical committee developing the CIMS-GB Standard for ISSA and for developing certification content for facility managers for NFPA. He has been instructing building engineers since 2007 and certified as a BOMI Instructor since 2011, teaching both building engineering and facility management courses as well as being a technical editor for the Air Handling, Water Treatment, and Plumbing and Building Design and Management books for BOMI. He is an authorized OSHA Outreach General Industry trainer as well as having a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Property Management.
Our Approach
Our approach is simple, because no two buildings/facilities are the same, we customize our training program for each building/facility. We can implement a program for one building/facility or multiple ones. The training is based on your expectations of the staff, evaluating and increasing their technical aptitude and education, and code compliance. The more "tools" in their toolbox, the more productive they can become.
